PRIDE AND PREJUDICE
Name of the book: Pride and prejudice
Author: Jane Austen
Genre: Love

A new cover to the book
I chose to design the book cover this way because the book deals with two novels that were based on people’s first thought when they saw each other.
In my opinion, this design illustrates the main idea of the book and thus It’s possible to speculate what the book is about without reading it or its summary.

A summary of the plot
Pride and prejudice follows of two novels by two of Bennet family.
One of the novels that the book deals with is the turbulent relationship between Elizabeth Bennet, the daughter of a country gentleman, and Fitzwilliam Darcy, a rich aristocratic landowner.
The second novel that the book deals with is the relationship between Jane Bennet, the daughter of a country gentleman, and Charles Bingley, a rich, kind, and well-intentioned man.
Both sisters must overcome the titular sins of pride and prejudice in order to fall in love and marry.
The characters
Main character: Elizabeth Bennet
The second daughter of Mrs. and Mr. Bennet. She is often referred to as Eliza or Lizzy by her family and friends.
Elizabeth has curly brown hair and special eyes. She is the most intelligent, and sensible of the five Bennet sisters. (That’s why she’s her father’s favorite). Elizabeth is well read and quick-witted. She has self-confidence and she is willing to express her opinions wherever she is, without fear.
Her realization of Darcy’s essential goodness eventually triumphs over her initial prejudice against him.
Though the circumstances of the time and environment push her to seek a marriage of convenience for economic security, Elizabeth wishes to marry for love.
The characters
Secondary character: Mr. Bennet
A gentleman of modest income, the husband of Mrs. Bennet, and a father of five unmarried daughters.
Mr. Bennet is an older man with white hair. He is an intelligent man, lazy and apathetic who has a cynical sense of humor that he uses to purposefully irritate his wife.
Elizabeth is his the most lover daughter. Though he loves his daughters, he often fails as a parent, preferring to stay away from the never ending marriage concerns of the women around him rather than offer help.

The characters
Mrs. Bennet
The character I liked the least is Mrs. Bennet because her only purpose in life is to see her daughters married. The nature of the people or their behavior does not interest her.
Sometimes Mrs. Bennet behaves in a low and unacceptable manner and thus distances and rejects the suitors of her daughters.
I do not like the way she behaves, and I think as a mother she should make sure that her daughters have a partner that they love and want and not out of a commitment to the wedding.

Book review – recommendation
I recommend this book to all the people who love stories based on love.
In my opinion, this book is great and one of the books that if you are interested in them right from the start you can’t stop reading them until it’s over.
This book is very interesting. It’s can teach you a lot about love: and how people can overcome the titular sins of pride and prejudice, not to judge people based on initial impression and appearance, that in order to have a relationship you have to do it out of true love and recognition of your partner…
So, I highly recommend the book !!
