This is me

Hi, my name is Alice Recanatini. I’m 14 years old, but at the end of march I’ll be 15 years old, because my birthday is on 29th march. I’m 1,67 tall, I’m thin. I have brown eyes and straight brown hair. 

I’m intelligent, in fact I am enought good at school, reliable, precise, maybe a little too much, and funny, in fact I love doing sarcasm and irony; but I am also pessimistic, a little insensitive and very anxious, in fact really often I have anxiety also for dumb things. 

The school take up a lot of my time, but in my free time there are a lots of things that love doing. I like watching movies and TV series, especially where my favourite actors or/and actresses act. My favourite series TV is Friends.

I like playing with my dog, or stay with him because he make me happy. I love doing shopping of all kinds and it’s scientifically proven that do shopping make you happy because you move so your body releases endorphins. But more than all I love going to the mountain, or in my country house because I’m absorbed from the nature and I haven’t contact with a lots of people. I often go to the Alpi, mountain chain of the North Italy, during the winter for skiing and during the summer for walking and riding the bike but I also go to the Appennini, mountain chain that there is from centre Italy to South Italy, for do a trip during the weekend.

Another activity I do in mountain is climbing and this year I started to do it for sport, but I did it only for a month because then the government closed the gym. Before I climbed I had done a lot of sport, among these also rhythmic gymnastics, where I arrived at the national race.

I’d like to become a doctor like my parents and my grandfather. I have been fascinated by medicine since I can remember because I like going to the hospital with my parents and staying in the place where the other patients can’t stay. Between all the specializations I’d like to become a pediatrician, because I like staying with children, a physiatrist, because I’d like to help people with my same problem, or a plastic surgeon, because I like watching operation where for example they remove the fat or the operation of rhinoplasty.

I live in Ancona, the province of a region of central Italy, with my mum, my dad, my little sister, my grandmother and my dog. My mum’s name is Nathalie Herber, she hasn’t an italian name because my grandfather is german. She is 52 years old. She is a neuroradiologist in the hospital of my city. My dad’s name is Francesco, he is 53 years old and he is an anesthetist. My sister name’s is Carolina, she is 11 years old. A lot of people think we aren’t sister because we are the opposite of each other both in physical appearance and in character. My dog is a cocker spaniel black and withe. His name is Lillo.

My house has three floors, at the first floor we have the kitchen,the dining room, the living room a bathroom and the laundry. At the second floor there are three bedrooms,one belongs to me, another belongs to my sister and another to my parents. There are also two bathrooms, one for me and my sister and one for my parents, and a study. In the third floor lives my grandmother. She has a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. We have also a garden where we love eating during the summer.
