The Amish are people that live in the twenty-first century but they still live simple lifestyle like years ago. They live in north America, in 22 towns in USA and in Canada. The first ones arrived in the early 18th century to escape religious persecution in Europe and to find land to farm. The Amish are a group of people who do not believe in the internet and in the modern world but believe in a calm and family life, they are known with simple dress and face-to-face conversations as much as possible and they still ride horses.

The Amish Are known by their typical clothes. Their attire matches their beliefs, It is very simple and regular.
Amish men wear dark-colored suits, straight-cut coats, broadfall trousers, suspenders, solid-colored shirts, black socks and shoes, and black or straw broad-brimmed hats. Shirts fasten with buttons; suit coats and vests. Men do not wear mustaches and generally wait until after marriage to grow beards.

Amish women wear modest, solid-colored dresses, usually with long sleeves and a full skirt, a cape and apron. Hair is never cut and is worn in a bun on the back of the head, concealed by a prayer covering. Single women in their teens and twenties wear black prayer coverings for church services; a white covering is worn at most times by women of all ages. Amish women are not permitted to wear jewelry or printed fabrics.

The family is the most important thing for the Amish people.
A lot of their families have seven and even more childrens.
When the Amish reach adolescence, most of them are engaged in traditional pastimes but there are those who engage in more mundane activities, before they decide to immerse themselves as adults in the church. The Amish customs are based on separation from the world and its customs and seclusion in the community and family, to the point of boycotts and the expulsion of family members who do not go in the groove. Its members live in closed, mostly agricultural communities. Despite all this, the Amish believe in the duty to choose religion voluntarily.
