In fact every sport we do will contribute to the body.
In addition there are sports where the trainees put more emphasis on a particular muscle.
For example riding, in riding riders put more emphasis on cardio-pulmonary endurance and leg muscles.

What is the training program that will bring me the best results?
First of all each training program will be different so that it will suit him in order to get the results he wants.
Since everyone is at a different level then his training program will be different.
For example, a beginner person will receive a lighter training program that will suit his abilities than a person who has been training for three years and his abilities are higher.

Summary
In conclusion, every sport we engage in will help our body and improve our abilities.
A training program is built for a person according to his abilities. There is no training program that is good for everyone!
Proper nutrition is an integral part of our body development and health, if we do not eat healthy the sports we do will be worth nothing.
# You do not have to be great to get started but you have to start to be great.
