Hi everyone!

 

Our names are  Shahar and Gaya and we are 15 years old.

 

In recent years we’ve had more awareness to what we should eat and what we shouldn’t eat in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

 

Our awareness is coming from our exposure to social media in young years there we see models that supposedly  seems “perfect” to us which caused us insecurity and incompleteness with our bodies.

 

Therefore, with healthy lifestyle we can become the best version of ourselves!

 

Furthermore, healthy lifestyle is even recommended among doctors and today we are going to give you 5 tips for healthy lifestyle!

1. Drink more water

On busy days you might forget to drink water which may make you less alert and even confused and angry.

In addition, the water is necessary for the metabolism in the human body.

 

The water makes our facial skin glowing and smooth.

Moreover, water is responsible for clearing waste from our body and if there is not enough water in our body, the waste isn’t cleared and some problems may arise.

 

So we have a solution for you!

In order to provide the body with the amount of water it needs, we have to stock up on a big bottle of water wherever we go whether it’s for school or work.

2. The importance of sleep

Lots of teenagers don’t sleep enough hours at night because  a lot of tinkering with their cellphones which can cause mental and physical problems, for example: depression, sadness, growth problems and more.

 

Recent observational have shown that teenagers who sleep long enough, their learning , concentration and memory abilities are higher than teenagers who don’t sleep enough hours.

3. Prepare your own meals

Today, most of the people work or learn outside of the house, therefore they don’t have the time to eat at home organized meals which makes them tempted by fast food and junk food.

 

Junk food contains lots of sugars and fats and it doesn’t provides our body the nutritional values it needs.

4. Do sport

Physical activity contributes to a lot of systems in the human body, for example: the heart and circulatory system and more.

 

Furthermore, sport helps to:

  • Physical activity helps heavyweight people reach a healthy and normal weight.
  • Physical activity helps people to keep their health body.
  • Physical activity improves our mood.
  • Physical activity reduces the risk of diseases as: diabetes and cancer.

5. Find ways to relax yourself

In our daily routine we’re in situations of stress whether it’s at work or at school and in general in our lives.

 

We have to find our unique ways to calm down and we have a couple of  ideas for you:

  • You can listen to your favorite songs.
  • You can listen to some relaxing music.
  • You can do yoga or another type of sport that relaxes you.
