Water Cycle

We started off in the Ocean for 30 years. I always dreamt of being able to evaporate right out of the ocean into the clouds. All of my siblings have been able to experience that but not me. I trained so hard everyday when the sun would shine the brightest I would try my best to swim right up to the top.

Then I looked down and noticed I was in the clouds! I started cheering so loud! It was so fun I loved being in the clouds floating in it all day and I met so many amazing water particles.

I stayed in the clouds for 16 year’s but one day my cloud got very dark and it was getting packed with water particles screaming everywhere. Next thing I knew I ended up getting pulled down by gravity. I soon learned from all the other particles there was too much condensation in the clouds or water particles that’s why I got thrown out of the clouds also known as precipitation.

I spent everyday traveling for 20 years trying to find some big city where I could see all my water particle friends. I even lost my group and got stuck in the soil with all the other particles for 5 years. I was so sad because the groundwater was so bad that it was the worst 25 years of my life. I then became a runoff and eventually found a river. I almost joined, then I traveled down and ran into the lake. During the winter I got super cold and then next thing I knew I was on a glacier.

I melted and got washed up into a little puddle and next thing I knew I was in an animal then I went out the other end. I then went into the soil and got soaked up into a plant. I was in the plant for longer than I wanted but the energy from the sun soaked me back up into the clouds, my favorite place.
