Dear Educators,

It is important for students to learn and understand the stages of the plant life cycle. Learning about life cycles is an important way to develop children’s understanding of the world and help them understand and deal with weight concepts such as death and birth. At a young age, it will be easier for students to think of the life cycle in terms of plants, compared to learning about the life cycle of humans or animals.

  • Understand that the life cycle of plants is different from the life cycle of animals
  • Sequence the stages of plant life
