Tiramisù
Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese 750g
- Savoiardi biscuits 250g
- Coffee 300g
- 5 eggs 120g
(to decorate: unsweetened cocoa powder)
Proceedings
- We must prepare 2 bowls, separating the yolk from the white egg.
- Then we put half dose of sugar in the bowl.
- When the composed will be clear and foamy we can add mascarpone cheese little by little.
- Then we mix, the cream obtained must be solid and compact.
- After that we mix the egg white.
- We put the remaining sugar when it will be floamy
- Then you have to mix more.
- Pick the white egg and put it in the bowl.
with coffee.
13) After that you put all the savoiardi biscuits in a layer.
14) Then put more cream on the savoiardi biscuits.
15) After that you do the same thing 2/3 times.
16) After, you level the surface.
17) Transfer the cream into a pocket bag.
18) Decorate it with unsweetened cocoa powder.
19) Then let it harden in the fridge for a couple hours and now your tiramisù is ready!
