Cindra Woods and the magic candle

Once upon a time, a thief and a princess had one child. It was a little wonderful girl, with long hair and blue eyes, her name was Cindra Woods. The day of her sixteenth birthday, her  fairy godmother came to warn her that she was in danger, because her mother threatened to kill her. Her fairy godmother then gave her a magic feather to protect it. It had the power to transform drawing into reality.

Surprised by these extraordinary powers, Cindra decided to create a candle that would make her immortal.

If someone blew the candle Cindra would die.

The next day the little girl was fishing on a lake when, suddenly, she felt someone looking at her. She
turned back and discovered a man. She saw that he was surprised to see her. He was actually
shaking. She started talking to him.
“ – Sir? What are doing?!
– So. Sorry!  I thought you were a girl that I used to know.
– Oh alright! Tell me who she is. Maybe I know her.
– Her name’s Cindra, Cindra Woods.
– Here I am!
– Damn! Do you recognize me Cind’?
– Hum.. no! Who are you?
– I am your father.
She saw that some sparkles were falling down to the ground. She knew who it was. Her
mother was  back to town.
“ – Cindra, I heard you talking to someone. Who was it?
– Erm.. It was my.. “
She turned back again to see the man but he had disappeared.
“ – My.. My imaginary friend. “
The thief went running and robbed the girl’s candle to protect her from her mother who
wanted to kill her 🙂

Alternative ending 1 :

The princess took a spear and pierced  the heart of the thief. Suddenly, Cindra arrived and saw her dead father and cried the head in her hands. The princess went to her daughter and strangled her.

After some cries of pain, the little girl died. Finally the princess decided to go out. When she did that, she closed the door and some air turned the candle off. So the princess died.

This is the end… Life is tragic!

Alternative ending 2:

After a terrible battle, Cindra won. She decided not to kill her mother. She said to the guards, angry: “Send this witch to jail, she will not kill anyone else now!”. After she crafted the prettiest and the nicest prince of the world and she left with him happily ever after.

Family is sacred but don’t ignore their powers.

Alternative ending n°3:

The girl was thinking that she could kill her mother. But how ?

When the mother came to the girl, the girl talked to her mother and said : «Come with me, I’ll show you the beautiful fishes » then they arrived in front of the fountain. Quickly, the girl took the mother’s neck and put it on the cold water. The mother died. Then, alone the girl went to her father and asked him to live with her. The father accepted.

If you want to be loved, you have to love in return!

Alternative ending n°4:

The girl saved her parents and found a prince and one night she tested him : she left a bean under the 30 mattresses and in the morning the prince asked her if he had something into his bed and the girl responded : “yes, so you are a real prince!”

No need to be a princess to have a backache!
