I am finally back home. after those hard long years we have prevailed and won the war. my brother is dead, they have pronounced him missing but I know the truth. my mother is clinging unto the hope that Larry is actually alive, and I don’t dare to confront her.

my own father is in trial for selling damaged missile heads to the military and therefore causing the death of many pilots. troops like Larry and my boys in the battalion. I don’t believe it. his partner Steve called the shots while the factory produced those missile heads. I am enraged by this treasury. Steve will get what he deserves. I am only feeling sorry for Ann. prior to the war her future seemed so bright. she was about to marry Larry and live a happy life. now her father will get locked up and she will struggle to find a good arrangement without a dowry. Her family wont be staying here for long. the poor girl is still mourning over Larry. I think of her all the time.
