What causes joint pain as per ayurveda?

As per Ayurveda, the imbalance of Vata and Kapha doshas causes joint pain. The imbalance of Doshas weakens the digestive fire, resulting in the accumulation of toxins. Vyanavata, an imbalance in the Vata form, can lead to circulation problems, which in turn can cause tissues to become malnourished. This causes severe joint pain due to wear and tear. Similarly, Shleshaka Kapha promotes smooth movement by lubricating joints. Joint pain occurs when the Shleshaka Kapha becomes dry due to the accumulation of toxins.

Ayurveda uses Joint pain relief oils as Ayurvedic herbal medicine to relieve pain
