Social networks entered our lives in full swing in 2001, and we can definitely say that they changed the picture here in the world.

They came into our world and allowed us quite a few abilities that were not there before.
But what about the humanity they took from us?

We have significantly lost the ability to experience social situations without documenting every moment in them for an Instagram story.
We have lost the ability to recognize social gatherings, because there are dating apps, so why bother?
We have lost the ability to talk in-depth face to face and deal with challenging situations, because it is possible to hide behind a screen.
We lost judgment in our words, because the hand is light on the keyboard.
We lost and lost and lost…….
And the list goes on.

So.. what can we do with the new reality we have put ourselves into?
First of all, be aware. This is the first step in the process.
The second step is to think about how I measure the meaning of social networks in my life. How come I don’t choose “easy” and choose to deal with it. Because otherwise – we will completely lose our humanity.
It is important to understand that beyond all the things we “lost” with the introduction of social networks into our lives, we waste our time to be, to be present, to do, to progress, and to develop.
Finally, I invite you to go into your phone settings, and watch your “screen time” analysis.
I promise you that you will be surprised to find out how many hours of your day we waste on these apps.
Maybe this mirror will shock you, and make you rethink your simple everyday choices.
