When I finished the second year at Shenkar, in August last year, I left my job at the airport, thinking what is the next step I should take.
My parents’ house in Shoham is the most embracing and loving place, I loved to live with my parents, but I felt it was the time to spread my wings and start a new path.
At that time I was looking for a new job and an apartment with roommates.
The desire was to live in Tel Aviv, so I joined every group on Facebook, I looked for the best area and place where I would love to be.
During the apartment searches, I made a sublet in Tel Aviv so it would be more easy and convenient to see apartments immediacy.
It was an experiential summer.
I knew Tel Aviv, but it wasn’t the same as living there.
While I was looking for apartments, I suddenly saw a post which one of my friend shared, looking for a roommate.
I called her immediately and went to see the apartment.
The first time I came to see the apartment, I knew I would live there.
A month later, I moved all my things and signed a contract.
Me and my roommates, Nofar and Karin had a special chemistry from the first moment we met.
We set up the apartment with new furniture and turned the apartment into a home!
Every day, after work or studies, we love hang out together, eat dinner, or just watch TV with a glass of wine.
I wish everyone to find roommates who will become a really good friends.
I live in Milano Square, which is on the north side of Ibn Gabiron Street, close to the Yarkon Park.
In this area there are many restaurants and bars, supermarkets available 24/7, shops for everything, buses everywhere.
The reason I chose to live in Tel Aviv was to be close to Shenkar college and close to my work .
Shoham is much more far and it can take me more than 1 hour to get to Tel Aviv, so it was a good choice!
