I want to tell you about the “Shield and Arrow” operation.

It was on May 9, 2023, the night of Lag B’Omer and ended five days later on May 13.
In the operation, the IDF killed six of the leaders of the Islamic Jihad in a series of targeted counterattacks, and over 19 other terrorists and attacked hundreds of targets, including rocket and missile depots, rocket launchers, and tools that try to kill Jews from Israel.

The Islamic Jihad launched over 1,400 rockets at Israel, but about a fifth of them failed and exploded in the Gaza Strip. The IDF carried out two successful operations using the “Kela David” system, and “kipat Barzel” intercepted over 430 rockets with a 95% success rate.
