What is kindness?
Kindness is a type of behavior marked by acts of care, thought, or concern for others, without expecting praise or reward in return. It’s being selfless, caring, compassionate, and very kind. It takes practice to understand and practice kindness. We share love with others through kind acts such as a smile, a nice word, an unexpected deed, or a planned surprise.
