How to form good habit to have healthy lifestyle:
Firstly, you need to set a goal: Define your long-term health objectives (e.x., eating clean foods, doing exercises 4 days per weeek). Divide your objectives into lesser components to facilitate their attainment.
Secondly, you need to build a healthy timetable for food and exercises emoji. Note: You need to give yourself small gift when completing first goal.
When you can maintain the habit for 1 month, you have fist sucessful step.
