The Magical Kingdom Needs Help!

There is a magical kingdom. The king and the queen live in a big castle. Every day, they smile and wave to the people.

But one morning, the king says, “Oh no! The kingdom needs help! Many workers are missing!”.

The queen claps her hands and says, “Let’s find new helpers!”.

So, the royal messenger goes into the town and says, “Hear ye, hear ye! Royal proclamation! We need workers. Follow me to the castle!”.

A man says, “I am a baker. I bake bread and cakes every day”.
The king says, “Wonderful! We need bread for breakfast!”.

A woman says, “I am a nurse. I help sick people and take care of them”.
The queen smiles. “Thank you! Our people need you!”.

Another person says, “I am a firefighter. I stop fires and help people”.
The king claps. “Great! You are very brave!”.

A young girl says, “I am a teacher. I teach children to read and write”.
The queen says, “Perfect! The children need a smart teacher!”.

Then a man says, “I am a farmer. I grow vegetables and take care of animals”.
The king says, “Yum! We love fresh food!”.

One by one, people come and tell the king and the queen their jobs.

There is a police officer, a dentist, a builder, and a musician too!

The queen says, “Now the kingdom is happy again!”.
The king smiles. “Thank you, helpers! You are all important!”.
