Little Chefs are Cooking Pizza

Made by the students of Cherkasy Gymnasia #31, Cherkasy

You need:

250 gr of water

1 teaspoon of yeast

3 table spoons of sugar

a liitle bit of salt

2 teaspoons of sunflower oil

500 gr of flour

500 gr of sausage

3 teaspoons of ketchup

3 large tomatoes

300 gr of cheese

Procedure:

1. Make the dough, mixing warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, sunflower oil and flour in a bowl.
2. Put the dough into the fridge for half an hour.
3. Flatten the dough out.
4. Put ketchup on it.
5. Cut sausage and put on ketchup.
6. Slice tomatoes and cover sausage with them.
7. Grate cheese on top.
8. Bake it for 25 minutes (180 degrees C)
9. Enjoy your meal!
