Dream Ball

Mike lived in a small town.

He loved to play baseball and dreamed of playing pro baseball.

Mikes best friends love to tease him about how he is not going to make it pro.

Mike would get sad every time they teased him.

Mike was a good student in school.

He would get a’s and b’s and always did his homework.

After school mike would get ready for his baseball games.

Mike enjoyed playing but got frustrated every time he would get out

Mike worked hard at getting better at baseball.

He also made sure he kept his grades up so he can still play.

Mike would go to the gym when ever he wasn’t playing baseball.

Mike would even have his dad throw him balls in the  batting cage to get better.

Mike eventually made it to college.

He was the star for his team and he still kept up his grades.

In Mikes final year of college he got drafted by a professional team.

Mike would play a couple of years in the minor leagues before he got the call

to play in the majors.

Mike enjoyed playing in the major league.

Eventually mike was in Seattle and ran into his friends.

Mikes friends were happy for him and said that they were sorry

for teasing him in school.

Mike would play for 12 years in the majors and was considered

one of the best players in the game.
