Passover Vacation

My summer trip was my Bat-Mitzva trip.

First we went to the Air port.

From the Airport we flew to Barzelona.

From Barzelona we we flew to Manhattan, New-York!

We landed in New-York Airport!

After 4 and a half hours we got out of the Air-Port. It was raining very hard outside!

It was so cold!

We drove 2 hours to the hotel. After we got to the hotel we immediately went out to see the city.

We got Coats, scarves, woolen hats and gloves. It was so cold!!

We were 4 days in New York.

We went to Restaurants, Museums, tours,parks and more…

We were in the September 11th Museum too.

After we had a lot of fun in New York,  we drove to Washington D.C, in Washington we met the family!

We listened to a lot of Israeli songs on our trip. Even on our way to Washington we heard Isreali songs.

We drove to the white house too!

After 5 days we flew to Miami and drove 6 minutes to the boat, where we took a cruise!!

To get to the Caribbean Islands it takes 2 days.

In those 2 days we had so much fun!

We went to the pool, Climbing Wall, the water slide, mini golf, children’s club, Jacuzzi and we ate lots of food!

After 2 days on the cruise we got to the Carribian Island, Saint Croix!

We woke up at 6:30 we got dresed and went to the Dining room, we ate breakfast. It was delicious! we went out of the boat at 7:00 o’clock and went back at 16:00. Even though we didn’t have a lot of time we had a lot of fun!

We have been on my dad’s private beach! When my dad was 33 his best friend and him bought a big private property in Saint Croix. It was somuch  fun and beautiful! His best friend,Jacob came from Boston to Saint Croix too, just to visit my dad! So we were with Jacob all day!

After 8 hours in Saint Croix, we got on the ship, we showed our seapass ond went on the ship.

We went to the room, had a shower, got dressed, did our hair and all of that fancy staff.

After that we went to the dinning room, there we had the Passover meal! We read the Bible, sang, ate matzah, egg, maror, lettuce and ofcourse the Kneidlach soup!

It was so good! the food was delicious!

After 1 day in Saint Croix we sailed to the next Island Tortola.

Tortola is a developed Island with more things to do like, shops, restaurants and more places to enjoy. Any case we preferred to go to nature! We rented a green jeep and drove all over the Northern part of Tortola, went to a spectacular beach, found animals and lots more!

After 1 day in Tortola we sailed to the next Island, Antigua.

In Antigua it was only me and my parents, my sisters decided to stay on the ship, so it was just me and them!
So when we left the ship, women were waiting for us to offer people to do them braids!
Of course, I did not give up the opportunity and asked them to do it to me.
After,me and my parents went to see whales (of course it’s on a yacht with a private guide), it was just amazing!
After seeing the whales we went for a walk on the island, we went to the parks, And we saw the biggest tree on the island, it was just huge!
Of course, after all the walks we went to eat, it was very tasty!

After 1 day in Antigua we sailed to the next island, Dominica.

Okay so this time it was just me and my dad! And all of you should know that if it’s just the two of us we’re doing crazy things!
So this is how our day went:
1. We went to the bus stop and drove 45 minutes to the beach, where I met my friend Emilia, that i met at the children’s club on the boat.
2. My father and I hired kayaks and we went to the sea, we got to an island that was about 2 kilometers from the beach, we saw lots of seaweed, fish and many other beautiful things.
3. Of course after this journey we were hungry, and then just at the right time, we saw a stand of fresh coconuts, we went and bought one! It was so delicious!
4. Unfortunately I do not have many pictures from that day but I remember what we did!

After 1 day in Doninica we sailed to the next island, Saint Maarten.

St. Martin will be an island I will not forget!
So after we left the ship, we rented a car, and we drove to … Guess!
A good friend of my father from the squadron! It must have confused you a bit comfused , so the story went like this:
My mother of course brought up a picture of Facebook, and my father’s friend’s wife saw the picture and realized we were in the Caribbean, but they only went on vacation in St. Martin, but then my father’s friend’s wife realized that the next island was where they were vacationing, So they invited us to their villa.

Of course, the first one was the pool, it was so hot we just could not help it!
It was so fun! I was given care of the baby, Noga (she was so cute) and we were together in the water.
After about an hour in the water, all the fruit, the shakes, and all these delicious things arrived!
Then after about 3 hours in the water we went out (with great sorrow) and went to eat, of course the family was not satisfied with the huge kitchen they also took a chef, and not just a chef, one of the best on the island.
After we had eaten, we went back to the ship with a smile on our faces!

So, a short sum for the watery journey:
We have finished ten days of fun in Kreivim and now we have to go back (which means it’s another 2 days on the cruise, there!)
So here are some pictures from the two days back to Miami:

This is it! We got to Miami! These were a few dizzying days, there were waves of up to 10 meters but we got along!
So we got out of the boat, rented a car, got to the hotel (Trump Doral), showered and went to bed…

After sleeping, we felt like new. We went to hang out in the city, and then my father and I managed to convince my mother and my sisters to go to the place we love. The place is called the Everglades, where there are tours of the boat.
You drive in a river and see crocodiles!

The next day we decided to go for something to take off. We drove to the most famous street in Miami, a street full of graffiti, every wall and wall full of paintings, there was also a museum of paintings and art in the street.

Last day on the journey! # Sad
So we had only five hours left before we had to leave the room, so of course we went to the pool.

Bye bye Miami !!
