Math Term Definition. Area. The area of a flat, or plane figure is the number of unit squares that can be contained within it. The unit square is usually some standard unit, like a square meter, a square foot, or a square inch.

Perimeter is 1-dimensional and is measured in linear units such as inches, feet or meters. Area is 2-dimensional: it has a length and a width. Area is measured in square units such as square inches, square feet or square meters. To find the area of a rectangle, multiply the length by the width.
B-bar graph
a diagram in which the numerical values of variables are represented by the height or length of lines or rectangles of equal width.

A bar graph is a chart that uses bars to show comparisons between categories of data. The bars can be either horizontal or vertical. Bar graphs with vertical bars are sometimes called vertical bar graphs. A bar graph will have two axes.Nov 7, 2014
C- Cube
a symmetrical three-dimensional shape, either solid or hollow, contained by six equal squares.

In arithmetic and algebra, the cube of a number n is its third power: the result of the number multiplied by itself twice: n3 = n × n × n. It is also the number multiplied by its square: n3 = n × n2.
A data set is a collection of numbers or values that relate to a particular subject. For example, the test scores of each student in a particular class is a dataset. The number of fish eaten by each dolphin at an aquarium is a data set.
