I knew that Mr. Kelada is about to discover that the necklace is real, and that my secret will be revealed.
so I tried to lie to them that i cant take the necklace down and then my husband helped me taking it off.

after the first world war Me and my husband bought tickets to the ship from San Francisco to Yokohama,
the sailing was for fourteen days, I the sailing we met a lot of people that we didn’t know and Mr. Kealda was one of them.

the first time that i saw Mr. Kelada was in the dinning room, he looked like smart man.
during the evening Mr. Kelada and my husband started a conversation, suddenly Mr. Kelada said that my necklace is look real and expensive and then the conversation became to an argument about my necklace.

When my husband gave him the necklace and Mr. Kelada started to check if it real I started to be anxious an thought about what will happen if Mr. Kelada will tell my husband that the necklace is real, I worried about my husband reaction.

When Mr. Kelada decided to keep my secret and lose the bet (to lose the 100$) I decided to give him his money back.
I started to think how to do this without my husband noticing.

I decided to send Mr. Kelada letter with 100 dollars bill in it, At the begin i thought to write him something and to apologize about the distasteful situation. but i knew that if will give him the money back he will understand that the letter is from me.

During that time alcohol was not allowed, I saw that Mr. Kelada was drinking and he offered a man to drink with him,I thought that he is smart but then he surprised me that he do nonlegal stuff like drinking alcohol.

When they argued about the necklace I wanted to tell them that the both of them said valid things.
I thought that both of them were correct in their own perspective, and that one of them being right doesn’t mean that the other one is wrong.

I felt ashamed because Mr. Kelada looked like a fool in people opinion because he said that he know everything and he lied about the truth and they thought he was wrong about the necklace.
