movie review- Titanic

My favorite movie is the epic romance- disaster, Titanic.

This movie released in 1997 and arrive to Israel in 1998.

“Titanic” won 87 different awards, including: 11 Academy awards and 4 Golden Globe awards.

It was the most expensive film never made at the time with a production budget of 200$ million.

The movie’s revenues were above 2.18$ billion.

The movie was very successful and became the most profitable movie of all times.

In addition, the theme song that sang by Celine Dion

 “My Heart Will Go On”, became a bestseller and won the Oscar and Grammy awards for the best theme song.

The movie deals with a love story between Jack (Leonardo Dicaprio) and Rose (Kate Winslet),

a pair of lovers who come from different social positions and met on the maiden voyage of the glory ship “Titanic”, whose planners declared: “never to be drown”.

Suddenly colliding an iceberg and starting to sink into the north atlantic ocean.

However, when they found each other they realized there are no more lifeboats.

At the end they find themeselves in the cold water of the ocean trying to survive.

I reccomened to watch the movie “Titanic”, It is very exciting.

The movie shows how people lived in the last century, shows about the social differences- they putted first the rich people on the lifeboats,

a rich woman will marry only with rich man.

Reflection

I enjoyed working alone, it took me less time to finish the job. I love the movie “Titanic” so I chose it.
