The Day Ann Came To Visit

Today isn’t a regular day. Today Annie is coming to visit! As you know I have been writing to her for about a year now and I truly believe we have something special. I want to ask her to marry me. Do you think she will say yes? I think she will. It will be the most exciting day of my life but i know mother won’t like it. She still thinks Ann is Larry’s girl. I hope I can convince her that this is the right thing. I truly don’t want to hurt her but she can’t keep waiting for him like he is coming back any second. All my life I did everything to please everyone else. I have always been the good kid and I’m tired of it. This time I’m doing what I want. I have to do this for myself.
