my favorite activity: Abseiling

I usually go abseiling ones in every two months, With my father and friends.

Abseiling is fun, challenging and sometimes stressful.

The height of the cliffs is 30-60 meters.

We take the safety issue very seriously,

I am always secure,

and always put my helmet on.

We do it just for fun.
