Chris confronts his father and tells him to go to the police to confess. Joe refuses at first but eventually realizes that in order to correct his mistake he has to go to the police and tell the truth. He realized that he was responsible for the death of 21 pilots. The court determines that Joe will go to Jail for 10 years because the crime he did. Kate is shocked and very sad and start to fell lonlry without him, but she is mad at him becuase what he have done.

Chris moves to a far farm with Ann. He starts to work and live there. Ann and Chris are getting married, and Ann is getting pregnant. They decide to name the baby with the name “Larry”, Chris’s brother who was Ann’s boyfriend. They decide to do this becuase they want a memory from Larry, who they really liked, and they thought that their son can be the memory of him. They also plant a tree in their yard, as a memory of Larry. They miss him, but decided to start their new life together.

When Kate realizes that she stayed alone, without her husband and her sons, she decides to move to another coty, to start her life again. She often visit her husband Joe in Jail, but she decides to divorce from him, in claim he destroyed her family and her life.

Kate is a very good grandma to Larry, and she visits Chris and Ann many times a week. She starts to be happy again. Chris and Ann have a really good and happy life, and they love their son and their new life.
