Little adventure

VENICE

I think that Venice is a beautiful city. We visited a lot of amazing places and shops. Me and my classmates visited Italian restaurants with very tasty food. I took a lot of wonderful pictures and I spent a great time with my friends.

DAY 1

The first day was really great. When we were looking for QR codes, our Polish friends had an opportunity to see what our school looks like. We visited a very interesting place which was the wine cellar. Sometimes it was a bit boring but it was still ok. Teacher Tamara was very great at translating everything. We went back to school and we ate delicious lunch. We really enjoyed that day.

Day2

On the second day we were divided into 2 groups and one group was cooking and the other group was doing an e-book. The food which we prepared was delicious, especially the sponge cake with cherries. After these activities we went to see the natural bridge and natural pools. The views were so beautiful and breathtaking. After school we went to paintball and it was really great but difficult. We also made čevapčiči which was tasty. We really enjoyed that day.

Day 3

First we went to Postojna cave and we visited all fifteen chambers. The cave was really beautiful and interesting but the guide was boring so we went to see the cave alone. After visiting the cave we went to Ljubljana and we ate very delicious pancakes with chocolate, fruits and cream. We were visiting this gorgeous city and we saw the castle which was at the top of the hill.

After the trip we went to eat hamburgers which were bigger than our heads but still tasty and after that we were walking for a really long time but we enjoyed that.

Day4

In the morning we set out to Trieste and we visited the city with the guide. I think it was a little bit boring. After visiting we went to the castle which was so beautiful. We saw the sea and I enjoyed that because the weather was really nice so we could sit on the pier and admire the views. Later we came back to school and went to the pizzeria. Then we walked to Majs place and in the evening me and Maša watched our favourite series which is Riverdale. That was really great day.

Day 5

At the morning we went to Šmartno and we were playing treasure hunt. The game was really nice,interesting and fun beause the weather was nice. Then we went to the tower in Gonjače where we could see a beautiful view of all the Goriška Brda. After that we visited the headmaster’s house and we had an opportunity to try rose and lavander water, but the best part of this day was when we were making lipsticks.

The exchange was really nice.
