Summary- How ballet can make you a better leader
The ballet has many advantages, a lot of people think ballet is easy but when they try dancing they find it’s doesn’t so easy as they thought.
Louis XIV considered France’s greatest king was renowned for being a very good dancer.
Louis was the man who turned ballet into a profession.
some of the traits Louis assimilated in mastering ballet helped make him a better ruler.
here 6 of the attributes which might help you to be a better leader:
1. Learn to focus one of the most important things you need to do in ballet is to keep on focus if
you don’t keep on foucus you will become dizzy and fall down.
2.you learn to do several different things at the same time- in ballet your legs doing one thing while your hand doing something else, and even when you doing several things at the same time you make things look effortless and graceful.
3. You learned that when you repeat on things it’s lead to mastery- today a lot of people think that you can do shortcuts and you get the same effect like do hard work. Ballet teaches you that practice makes perfect there are no shortcuts.
4. You made and spend a lot of time with people from all walks of life- in the ballet class you meet different people, and it does not matter who they are a woman, man, gay, pool, rich…
Everybody trying their best undaunted with varying levels of success its diversity training at its best.
5. You finish things- in life, you sometimes not finishing things, in ballet when you’re starting something you must end it! it can make you finish things in life too.
6. After you do your part you know to get out of the way- in ballet, if you don’t get out of the way fast the people that still dancing will mow you down, people could Hurt.
There is a lot to be said for knowing when it is time to leave.

Feel happy when I get a good grade on an exam which I had learned to.
Feel stress before competitions.
Feel relaxed when I hear music in my headphones.
I need not get upset too quickly start to trust people and meet more with friends.
I give others advice is warmth And trying my best to give others a friendly feeling.
I Fear from humiliation, fail And guilt.
I would like to see people behaving with respect and love unconditionally.

Reflection:
1. I liked in this project, that we could pick the project subject ourselves, so we chose subjects that we love and connect to. its made the project easier and more fun.
2. What was challenging was that the work was on the Internet.
and on websites, we didn’t know and were not used to using.
3. I would summarize the work on the digital book that was a challenging project, it was long and complicated. To my delight, we could choose the subject ourselves, which made it easier to work.
4. Definitely taking a test. For me, it’s much simpler.
5. I learned about myself while working on the digital book that I was not good at digital work and I prefer to write in my notebook.
6. I liked to write the autobiographical poem because it was to think about my personal things and to think about things I usually do not think about.
