When the doctor arrived, he said that Tom had to be taken to the hospital urgently and once they got there they immediately took him to the operating room. We waited there for several hours, until he woke up and we could visit him. Unfortunately, as soon as he saw us he told us to continue our adventures without him and so we gave ourselves a temporary goodbye, since we knew we would meet again sooner or later. Months of exploration passed from small to big cities and in this last one I found myself alone, without even Jim, having been separated and never reunited. I realized that it made no sense to travel alone, so I started working to make some money. Many years passed, during which I met my girlfriend, with whom I am building my future. On my wedding day, Tom was a wonderful surgeon after he had finished all his years of continuous study, but Jim and I still knew something about it. Now I’m here, at my house with my nephew in my arms, to whom I’m telling my fantastic adventures.
