Dying Waters

I’m the Ocean big and blue

I’m home to many and even you.

I have beautiful coral reefs, big fish, and small, and even some volcanoes too.

But now I’m sad because my colors are fading. My reefs are gone, and many fish too.

There are now bags, straws, and other belongings swimming around me.

I help create oxygen, food, and other necessities for you.

But I can’t help you until you help me.

I once was the ocean big and blue you swam in my waves and adored me too. My colors are fading away like your love and care for me.
