The south african are very proud to say that elon musk is one of their own because he’s on of the most successful people in the world. But actually’ Elon has left the country has soon as he could, when he was a child he got bullied a lot, so much that one time he had to have an emergency surgery because few kids from his school hitted him so badly. after he left’ the school contacted him asking for money, he agreed to donated a million dollars in one condition, that they will never contact him again.

• Kruger National Park is the biggest park in South Africa,19,485 sq.km, and one of the biggest national parks in the world. with combinations of biomes like the savannah, thornveld and woodland eco-zones.

• In Kruger National Park there are is large amount of African-mammals.

• there are 147 mammals , 507 birds, 114 reptiles ,34 amphibians and 49 fish species in the park

• In the 1800’s hunters hunted in the area of the park. wild animals were decimated and disease killed thousands of animals. The president of the Transvaal Boer Republic “Paul Kruger” made a critical decision and started to save areas for protecting games from hunting and taking care of them. 

• In 1926, after the area of Kruger’s project have become bigger like he is today, the area have become the Kruger national park we know today and in 1927 the park was opened to tourism

The diamond business in South Africa is a major part of the economy.  South Africa is rich in the quarries and sits on the greatest world stratum of diamonds and gold. Actually, After more than 150 years of intensive mining following the discovery of the Eureka Diamond on the banks of the Orange River  in 1867 and it was  the first diamond and it weighed 21.25 carats.             Venetia Mine is South Africa’s largest producer of diamonds ,only in 2017, over 60% of South Africa’s diamonds came from the Venetia Mine. 

In 2019 South Africa produced 7.2 million carats of diamonds. 

The underground mining and recovery of diamonds continues to this day in the vicinity of Kimberley, the site of the early main discoveries in the 19th century. It is, however, on limited scale with a major focus on reprocessing old tailings dumps to recover diamonds left behind by older recovery processes.

The biggest diamond producing mine in South Africa is Venetia. It produced 4.2Mct of diamonds in 2018. Venetia is also the world’s eighth-largest diamond mine.
