Josh’s First Day of School

Josh was excited to start his very first day of the First Grade. He was packed up and ready to go.

Although Josh spent lots of time preparing for his first day with his parents and his mom gave him a big hug for good luck, he forgot one important item; his mask.

Josh was very upset; how could he forget to bring a mask for the first day of school.

His best friend Zalmen asked Josh why he was so upset and Josh explained that he forgot his mask. Zalmen had an extra mask which he was happy to share with Josh. Josh was as happy as a happy cow.

In class their new first grade teacher read the class an interesting story. Josh was grateful to Zalmen and he felt safe and happy.
