original (adj):  مبتكر او مبدع /أصلي

new and interesting and different from other things.

traditional (adj) : تقليدي او شعبي

something that has always been done or made in the same way.

Examples:

He likes singing traditional songs.

Mansif is a traditional Palestinian dish.

disgusting (adj) : مقزز او مقرف

very bad , horrible.

Examples:

The kitchen was in a disgusting state when she left.

The bad fish had a disgusting smell.

The soup tastes disgusting.

deserted (adj): مهجور

empty , with no one there.

Examples:

The house seemed muted, as if it had been deserted.

The streets were deserted because there was an important football match on.

delicious (adj): لذيذ او شهي

tasting very good / having a very pleasant taste or smell.

Examples:

This is the most delicious ice cream I have ever eaten.

I can recommend the chicken in sauce. It’s delicious.

Her homemade cookies are really delicious (yummy).

bright (adj) : ساطع او لامع

strong in colour or bold .

Examples:

The lighting was too bright.

bright stars shone out here and there in the sky.

The plant has a beautiful bright red flower.

awful (adj) : سئ او فظيع

very bad and terrible.

Examples:

I couldn’t stand London! it’s an awful place.

An awful accident happened yesterday.

I’ve had a really awful haircut.

amazing  (adj): رائع ومذهل

very good especially in an unexpected way.

Examples:

What an amazing achievement.

It’s an amazing ride. You really feel like you’re flying.

New York is an amazing city.
