Seeds of Empathy

The wind was blowing gently and it was wiping the brown leaves away. The sound of the nature was quite peaceful, however, the streets were full of people who got caught up in the flow of life and they were so busy to hear it.

I was looking out of the window and watching the crowd. There was a squirrel on a tree and it was eating nuts. However, nobody saw it except me. Because all the people were trying to get somewhere.

Meanwhile, I suddenly saw a little puppy.

It was a little brown crafty puppy and it was really cute. It was trying to attract people’s attention by barking and jumping.Unfortunately, nobody saw it.

I was so sorry for the little puppy because I felt its sorrow. Then, I decided to go out and take the puppy and bring it to my home.

Firstly, I washed it and gave some milk to it. Then, I gave a name to it ; Fox. Fox was very happy. It was swinging its tail and we played with it for hours.

Days passed and we were having great fun with Fox.

From that day, Fox and me became great friends and never seperated. This experience showed me the importance of making empathy with not only people but also animals.
