LET’S TAKE CARE OF THE ENVIROMENT

Because of excessive waste, often isn’t disposed of properly, but is in a way that pollutes the environment.
One of the ecosystems most affected is the marine one where many marine species are at risk due to entrapment and ingestion.

Of course, waste also has an impact on the environment because it poses a risk to our health, such as contamination of water, or of the land we grow.

One of the best ways of reducing the risk of waste going to the wrong places is to throw as little waste as possible!
Take for example the mobile phones that are now part of our life every day. The materials that they are made are substances very harmful to the environment and our health, such as mercury and lead to make the batteries, or plastic they are coated with.
So, instead of throwing away a cell phone every time it starts to malfunction, we can only replace the damaged part, reducing the materials to be disposed.

Another way to reduce pollution is to impose tougher laws on waste disposal and for greater environmental protection, putting higher penalties on those who break them, with the aim of encouraging people don’t do wrog thing. I think protecting the environment and all its resources is the most important thing of all. We must remember that protecting the environment, we protect ourselves!
