Time capsule project

The COVID-19 pandemic, also known as the coronavirus pandemic, is an ongoing pandemic of coronavirus decease (COVID-19) caused by severe acute raspiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China.

The World Health Organization declared the outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern in January 2020 and a pandemic in March 2020.

The pandemic caused a lot of people to work a lot harder and some people even lost their jobs.

In this time capsule is going write about what I did in the pandemic and how it effecteed people.

The pandemic got very serious and the government had to tell people to not leave their houses unless its for food or other important things.

As of today there were over 106 million cases of people who had the virus and over 2.3 million deaths.

Because of the virus students had to start working from home using an app called “Zoom”. Some people had to work from home while the other people had to work in small groups because everyone needs to make money.

Now people that want to be in the public need to wear a mask on their face to reduce the chances of spreading the virus between people.

I celebrated holidays very differently because of the coronavirus. Some of the holidays i celebrated with only my parents and sisters because of the lockdown. But some holidays I celebrated with my grandparents also. I’m used to celebrate every holiday with friend or family.

I think that after the pandemic people will returt to their normal lifes but the world will feel really weird because for more than a year people were spending a lot more time at their homes and not in the outside world.

When life goes back to normal I hope that students return to learn in school because learning with zoom from our homes is hard. Also I want to go out more when the pandemic is over and spent more time with friends in real life and not only in video games.

• I liked the best about working on this project surfing the internet for informarion to write about COVID-19 be cause I learned a lot of new things about the virus and other stuff.
• There was nothing I really disliked about working on this project.
• The part that was the most difficult for me in this project was finding the right websites for information for this project.
• the part that was the easiest for me in this project was finding the right pictures to match the text I wrote.
• I don’t think this project helped me English a lot.
• each member of the group helped in the first part of this projectr but in the other parts every group member had to work on their own.
