This is a small improvised log cabin quilt.
I don’t remember when I made it, but I really had a lot of fun.
This is a fun, relaxing, rewarding way of using up scraps and small pieces of fabric.

This is an improv quilt, the first one I made that was really improvised: I followed the instructions given by Rayna Gillmann in an article published in Quilting Arts in 2015 (I’m not really sure, though), and i worked for a couple of days without stopping, this was absolutely the most fun I had making a quilt. It still has pride of place in my home, and it fills me with joy every time i see it (every time I go up the stairs, in fact!)
