How does sport contribute to health?

First when we are do sport Because sport makes us free from our worries,
and thus also makes the mind more peaceful.

In addition, sports strengthen our bodies and improve our abilities in a variety of sports.

For example, when I DO SPORT I became happier and stronger  because I became free from all of my minds.

How will healthy food help us?

First, It is important to eat healthy food because it contributes to our development and many systems in the body.

In addition especially for teenage boys because they are growing up and they need to eat healthy in order to realize their full growth potential.

For example when I eat healthy food I feel better about myself and my body, because I know I am doing something good for it.

What is the sport that contributes the most to our body?

In fact every sport we do will contribute to the body.

In addition there are sports where the trainees put more emphasis on a particular muscle. For example riding, in riding riders put more emphasis on cardio-pulmonary endurance and leg muscles.

What is the training program that will bring me the best results?

 

First of all each training program will be different so that it will suit him in order to get the results he wants. Since everyone is at a different level then his training program will be different.

For example, a beginner person will receive a lighter training program that will suit his abilities than a person who has been training for three years and his abilities are higher. What is the training program that will bring me the best results?

SUMMARY

In conclusion, every sport we engage in will help our body and improve our abilities.

A training program is built for a person according to his abilities.

There is no training program that is good for everyone! Proper nutrition is an integral part of our body development and health, if we do not eat healthy the sports we do will be worth nothing.

# You do not have to be great to get started but you have to start to be great.
