The Man And The Horse

There once was a pack of horses, the “leader” of the pack was pregnant. The young horse was about to come out. but something went wrong, there were hunters at the place where the female horse was about to give birth. the horses started running for their lives and eventually they managed to escape.
and the baby was born!

The horse was named Emerald. he was a good horse.
Emerald grew up to be an excellent horse, he was in a good shape. he had been running fast and jumping very high.

one night, when the pack went to sleep. Emerald saw a far light. He got very curious and went to check what was that light.

When he got there he realized that the light was the hunter’s camp! To his luck they were all sleeping, but Emerald didn’t know what to do! he was in the middle of their sleeping bags. So he carefully tried to get out, but he accidently made a noise.
One of the hunters has been woken up, he saw the wild mustang and wanted to catch him! to keep him to himself!

He woke the other hunters up and they started chasing him! Emerald ran as fast as he could, he tried to go back to his pack, To warn them and tell them to run, but it was too late. he got caught. the hunters got him.

when the hunters got the horse back to their camp the horse realized that they weren’t hunters, They were soldiers and that he will be tamed to go to war.
they horse had managed to escape and ran to a nearby village when he met a guy. he was Indian, he was one of the soldier’s enemies. The guy took care of the horse until he felt comfortable around humans. The Indian guy tried to tame the horse as well, but this time it was different the horse let the guy touch him and mount him.

Emerald and The man were making a good team.

A few days passed and the soldiers came to the Indian’s camp to sabotage. the captain of the soldiers saw the horse and got mad, he was furious! he was so mad that he shot the horse! the horse fell to a river and started drowning, the man jumped after him in order to save the horse, but it was too late! the soldiers already took him!
They took him to be a work horse, he would move heavy things from place to place.

A few weeks passed by and the horse got tired, he was so tired that he couldn’t walk anymore, suddenly he fell to the ground
he was dead! at least that’s what he wanted the soldiers to think. he wanted them to free him from the chains so he could run. he stood up and quickly started running for his life.
After a few minutes of running he saw an old friend in the woods, it was the man! he found him! they both ran from the soldiers. they managed to escape and make an agreement with the soldiers, they wouldn’t bother each other and they will trade resources. finally everyone lived in piece.
