The story of ruth

Receiving the Torah for us its a very significant moment in our history, in that moment we have become united with something in common To hold between us

we are admire Boaz.
we choose him Because he really wanted Ruth and even though she is a Moavite he did what he could to be allowed to marry her

they had to start from the begining as a poor womans, luckily for them its was the Harvest season.

ruth went to the ruth went to boaz’s feild to pick up some outses ( its a mitzva to let the poors take some)

and then she met boaz who was realy impreased from her and ask her to work at him and after some time they got married.

david the king was ruth grandson.

when  they came to isreal they met 2 womens who  recognized

Noami but not ruth.  they wonder how its can be that reach Noami was dressed like a poor women and were is all her family.

Neomi who heard them says: don’t call me Neomi call me Mara (that mean bitter) because god make my life bitter.

The hunger at isreal ended and Naomi decided to return to here land.

she didn’t want to stay in moav, she had nothing there.

she said to her sons’s wifes to stay at moav and start a new better life. at first they insisted and then Orpa gave up and return to moav. but ruth stayed and says: wherever you going Im going wth you, wherever you will sleep I will sleep. your god its my god.

Neomi was convinced and they went togther.

a long time ago lived in Israel a reach familer family. the perent’s names was Elimelech and Noami and they have 2 sons.

at that time there was a hunger  in the land and Elimelech that was really stingy  didn’t want the poor pepole  ask him for money or food so he decided to live the country to Moav.

at the begining evreything seemed graet. the 2 sons get married with the 2 princess of Moav- ruth and Orpa.

But then there punishment came. elimelech and the 2 sons lost all of there money and died. Noami stayed with nothing and alone. all she have was the to wifes of her sons.
