                              Rockies wild Ride

       Rocky was quite a jolly boy. He always loved making his friends laugh and making new friends. Rocky was a water molecule yet he did not know that. Little did he know he was in for quite the ride of his life. 

 Rocky was in the clouds having a grand time that fine April morning. He was in the jolliest of moods. Then the sound of a thunder clap caught Rocky off guard; he fell out of the clouds and Rocky was so startled that he became Rocky the Precipitation molecule.

Rocky could feel the Gravity  pulling him down to the surface called earth. Rocky had finally landed but he had no clue where he was; it didn’t seem familiar to him. Rocky had been turned into condensation. Condensation is when water collects droplets on a cold surface such as a thermos.

Rocky was there for a long time until a thirsty looking human snatched the bottle up and took a drink from it. When the human was finished Rock transferred to the human’s hand. Rocky was flying from what it seemed like. But in reality the human was just walking. The sun had come out and soon enough the sun’s energy had turned Rocky into a gas.

Rocky turned into a gas through evaporation. Evaporation is when a water molecule turns into a gas and then is sent up to the atmosphere to come back down through precipitation. Rocky was floating back up to the clouds to be turned into a water molecule once again.
