Have you ever heard of a rain forest? There so many animals that live there. There are many animals that live in the rain forest. Also all of the wonderful things about the rain forest.

Elephants are one of the biggest animals that live in the rain forest. But elephants eat different foods but they mostly enjoy mainly grasses. Also the water bird is a really sneaky animal that hides in good places. Also the water bird goes to search for food while the crocodile isn’t around.

Plants are known In the rain forest, trees are also known in the rain forest. There are two parts on a tree one is called a canopy is the the top for most of the trees.The under story is the bottom of the tree. But the canopy covers the under story from the rain so the under story doesn’t get rain unless it rains really hard.

The rain forest stays nice and beautifully green. The rain forest gets an average 80 inches per year,or more. But most of the trees stay green all year long. There are dry seasons in the the rain forest and wet seasons. But dry seasons get rain but not always.

There are lots of facts about a rain forest. But did you know that some rain forests can get up to 360 inches of rain. Some people love how cool rain forests are. But to animals the rain forest is there home!
