Great Room
Although the ceiling will be white, I envision the great room much as this picture with an understated cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan, comfortable tv area and kitchenette with space for a table and chairs. The wall behind the chair is a blank slate for favorite paintings and pix.

Master Bedroom
I see the bedroom area as a sanctuary with full paned doors which open up onto the back patio. I picture subtle colors, soft furnishings and a statement chandelier or pendant.

Master Bath
For the master bath I picture classic tile with glass border detail and clean simple lines. I would eliminate the threshold between bath and shower for the ability to roll in and out, if and when needed.

Great Room Entry
Although entry into the great room will be a private side entry, I have added a spacious formal walkway and landscaping to make it comfortable and inviting much as this picture. Entry walk includes wood posts and top and bottom rails with black wrought iron balusters. Please note that your walk will be a single one instead of the pictured double.

Laundry Cabinetry
In the laundry area, next to the in-law suite I picture pretty floor to ceiling multipurpose cabinets such as these with plenty of room to hold coats and boots, mittens and gloves, purses and scarves….

Mudroom Cabinetry
In the family mudroom area just inside the garage door I envision it serving much the same uses as the laundry room cabinetry but a bit more informal so it can be customized as family needs evolve.
