OUR PROJECT ETHICS

* Random contact requests and project invitations should be avoided. We should not ask eTwinners to be your contact person without first communicating. If you want to see other people’s updates, follow them.

* Before uploading the photos, texts and materials used in the project, it should be checked whether they are copyrighted. Sources should be cited for materials taken from the individual.

*The materials used should be used in accordance with the structure, objectives and content of the project.

*Teachers and students involved in the project must fulfill their duties on time.

*Students’ names should only be mentioned in the twinspace area, not in other areas such as the eTwinning diaries or the twinning blog.

*Images to be added to the project must be related to the project, images that are not related to the project should not be added.

*When posting a comment on someone else’s profile, make sure it’s appropriate for the user. Comments should be for individuals and related to the user’s message. The same comment should not be written to too many users.

* Avoid sending too many messages to teachers you do not work with. Before contacting a user, check their profile, see if it states that they are suitable for a project. Make sure your message is relevant.

* Care should be taken when publishing content that interests others. Personal information such as personal phone numbers and addresses, credit card information or other private information should never be shared. Also; Sharing other users’ personal information, private photos and videos is a crime.

* During the project, teachers and students should work in cooperation. Project stakeholders should work together in a respectful manner, in consultation with each other. It should be aimed to achieve a common product by sharing responsibilities.

*e-Twinners should conduct their online interactions professionally, politely and respectfully as in real life interactions.

*Members of the eTwinning community should be respectful when dealing with and interacting with their peers.

* If you are going to comment on a post on Twinspace, it should be clear, clear and understandable. Your articles must be in accordance with the rules of spelling. You should not use bold, bold or large font in all sentences. Because capital letters or bold and bold means to attract attention or anger.

* It is very important to use black color and not to use different colors in your articles.

*The use of the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any company, entrepreneur, event or commercial software will be removed and access to the platform will be blocked.

*The activities should be planned together with the students participating in the project. While planning the activities, the distribution of tasks between students and teachers should be done equally.

* Parent permission certificate must be obtained from each student participating in the project.

PROJE ETİK KURALLARIMIZ

*Rastgele iletişim isteği göndermekten ve proje daveti yapmaktan kaçınılmalıdır. Önceden iletişim kurmadan, e-Twinning kullanıcılarından irtibat kişiniz olmasını istememeliyiz. Başkalarının güncellemelerini görmek isterseniz onları takip edin.

*Projede kullanılan fotoğraflar, yazılar, materyaller yüklenmeden önce telif hakkı olup olmadığı kontrol edilmelidir. Bireyden alınan materyaller için kaynak gösterilmelidir.

*Kullanılan materyaller projenin yapısına, hedeflerine ve içeriğine uygun olarak kullanılmalı.

*Projede görev alan öğretmen ve öğrenciler görevlerini zamanında yerine getirmelidir.

*Öğrencilerin isimleri sadece   twinspace alanında belirtilmeli, eTwinning diaries ya da twinning blog gibi diğer alanlarda öğrencilerin isimleri belirtilmemelidir.

*Projeye eklenecek resimler proje ile ilgili olmalıdır, proje ile ilgisi olmayan resimler eklenmemelidir.

*Başkasının profilinde bir yorum yayınlarken, bu yorumun kullanıcı için uygun olduğundan emin olun. Yorumlar, bireyler için olmalı ve kullanıcının mesajıyla ilgili olmalıdır. Çok fazla kullanıcıya aynı yorum yazılmamalıdır.

*Birlikte çalışmadığınız öğretmenlere çok fazla sayıda mesaj göndermekten kaçınınız. Bir kullanıcıyla irtibat kurmadan önce profilini kontrol ediniz, proje yapmaya uygun olduğunu belirtip belirtmediğine bakınız. Mesajınızın konuyla ilgili olduğundan emin olunuz.

*Başkalarını ilgilendiren içerikler yayınlanırken dikkatli olunmalıdır. Kişisel telefon numaraları ve adresler, kredi kartı bilgileri veya diğer özel bilgiler gibi kişisel bilgiler asla paylaşılmamalıdır. Ayrıca; diğer kullanıcıların kişisel bilgileri, özel fotoğraf ve videolarını paylaşmak suçtur.

*Proje süresince öğretmen ve öğrencilerin işbirliği halinde çalışması gerekmektedir. Proje paydaşlarının saygı çerçevesinde, birbirlerine danışarak ortak bir çalışma ortaya koyması gerekir. Sorumluluklar paylaşılarak ortak bir ürün elde etmek amaçlanmalıdır.

*e-Twinning kullanıcıları çevrimiçi etkileşimlerini profesyonel, kibar ve gerçek yaşamdaki etkileşimlerinde olduğu gibi saygıyla yürütülmelidir.

*e-Twinning topluluğunun üyeleri, akranlarıyla ilgilenirken ve birbirleriyle etkileşimde bulunurken saygılı olmalıdır.

*Twinspace’de bulunan bir paylaşıma yorum yapacaksanız açık, net ve anlaşılır olmalıdır. Yazılarınız imla kurallarına uygun olmalı.  Koyu, kalın veya büyük yazı tipini bütün cümlelerde kullanmamalısınız. Çünkü büyük harf ya da koyu ve kalın yazmak, dikkat çekmek ya da kızgınlık anlamına gelir.

*Yazılarınızda siyah renk kullanılması, farklı renkler kullanılmaması büyük önem taşımaktadır.

*Platformun ticari amaçlar için kullanımı kesinlikle yasaktır. Herhangi bir şirket, girişimci, etkinlik veya ticari maksatlı yazılım kaldıracak ve platforma erişimi engellenecektir.

*Etkinlikler projeye katılan öğrencilerle birlikte planlanmalıdır. Etkinlikler planlanırken öğrenciler ve öğretmenler arasında görev dağılımı eşit bir biçimde yapılmalıdır.

*Projeye katılan her öğrenciden veli izin belgesi alınmalıdır.
