Physical activity is good for my health because it helps me stay in shape. It helps me run fast and be strong. My muscles love to workout and so does my heart. When they do not get to workout, they become sad and become weak. This is bad for my body so it is important to workout so they can be happy.

Activity that was challenging was when we had to dribble. I did not understand and kept dribbling the ball away from me. I had to keep chasing the ball. I also had a problem when we had to throw the beanbag into the hole. I could not get it and it was very hard.

I love when we play angry birds and clean your backyard. Both involve throwing the ball to the other teams side and it is so much fun.

Favorite game i played with people was angry birds. We really had to work together to knock the other teams bowling pins down. Teacher even gave us names as the Eagles!!

Some people can throw farther than me, and some people cannot. Some people are faster than me and some cannot. There is even a kid in a wheelchair that cannot really do much. That is ok though, because everyone is getting better and is trying.
