We  were  wondering  where  are the  cats  in  Berlin.

We  made  a  research  and  we  found  out  some  interesting  information.

First of all we  found  out  that  the  government  is  friendly  due  to  the  fact  that  in  Germany  there  are  actively  operating  animal  protection  organisations. “Animal  rights”  is  a  separate  branch  of  law.  The  main  reason  why  Germans  break  up  with  their  pets  is  to  move.

Another  important  information  is  that  there  are  about  15,7 million  domestic  cats  and  well  take care  of in  Germany.  Also  2  million  cats  are  stray  and  they  live  in  shelters  where  women  take  care  of  them

Finally,  the  most  important  information,  that  surpised  us  is  that  the favourite  pet  of  German  people  is  not  the  dog,  as  we  expected,  but  the  cat.

They  keep  the  cats  at  home  as  a  treasure  and  as  a  part  of  their  families.
