Looking back at the first semester and this semester, I see lots of differences, and how much I have learned, every lecture, every word, and everything we did in our pedagogy lesson was important.

during the first semester, I learned how to teach vocabulary through online games pictures, videos, and singing activities, and knew different websites that contain vocabulary activities that I can use for my lesson, it did help me with my student teaching.

In the second semester, I have also learned a lot of things, especially how to teach writing, reading, speaking, and listening

For me, all the lectures were amazing and helpful, and I have gained a lot of ideas about how to teach my students also how to create a creative lesson plan.

This semester I worked on reading and listening activities with Shahrazad, and I was really happy about it because for the first time I felt like we have created a good lesson plan about reading and listening

Throughout this year every lesson I used to write side notes, for the activities that Jennifer do with us during her lessons, so I can take them with me to my future career, because she went through a lot of teaching experience and everything she does with us is essential, and we have to take it into consideration.

For my student teaching, the first day of teaching was difficult and I didn’t know what to do, even though I did a perfect lesson plan, it didn’t go as I planned.

But then with the lectures we took, I  have learned and worked on myself, and my lessons started to get better, even in the second semester, I improved a lot I taught the 4th grade and the 3rd grade.

Each experience was different, but I had fun teaching the 3rd grade, I worked with them on different letters, and I used many activities and games, and after each lesson, I felt like I have achieved my goal.

I took some online websites and activities that I have learned in this course and used them with my 3rd-grade students, and they were helpful.

The 4th grade, the experience was different because I had to create something creative so they can get engaged with me, I taught them a lesson about the prepositions, everything went well, and I was really happy about it and the students were delighted, and they were like teacher we don’t want to go to sport lesson we want to stay with you, at that moment I knew that I have reached my goal, also when one of the shy students came to me and started to read the words for me, while she never did that to anyone.

For the next year since I’m going to teach high school students, I want to learn, how to deal with the students and how and what to teach them.
