Hello,
My name is Gabriella and i am 14 years old.I was born on the 20th of march 2008.I live in Asenovgrad in Bulgaria.I have got curly medium-lenght brown hair and big blue eyes.
I am sometimes less positive and less sociable person-i don‘t have to lot friends,but they are my all they are my second family. This won‘t sound very good but i like to stay home and i study quite often.I am not very fit,but i realy enjoy for some sports.My friends say i am kind and i am funny,but i don’t think so.
In my free time i like listening to music and dancing.I practice folk dances for 8 years. This is my favorite hobby.

Carne Vinha D’Alhos
Carne Vinha D’Alhos is made for Christmas.It is also available all year round.This dish is authentic to the Madeira region,and you can find it in the Funchal farmers market.This dish is prepared with meat and has a strong flavour of vinegar.The meat is marinated in garlic vinegar,3 days prior to cooking,which creates its distinctive taste.Canva Vinha D’Alhos is preparedin a pot with spices such as bay leaves,garlic,white wine,salt and pepper.

These are mini pastries that are flaky,crispy and filled with light egg custard with a hint of lemon.Every local baker has their own take an this pastry and tey try to infuse in with a little different flavour to make it stand out.No matter where you taste them,these are made with a lot of love and care and you will likely fall in love with these little delicacies.
