after everybody found out that Keller is the one who is  responsible for shipping the broken cylinder heads. which led to the death of the 21 pilots. Kate and Chris decided to turn him into the police because they felt they need to make justice and get Steve out of jail. After the sentence Joe sent to jail to spend the time instead of Steve that been release back to his family.

Steve after many years in jail finally got back to his family and start making up the relationship with George and Anne and they all decided to start on new page.

After a while Kate finally digest that Larry is dead and decide to talk Chris and Anne and she gives her permission for them to be together. they both decide to marry and also have a child and chose the name Larry.

after a couple more years, Joe start to get sick in jail. The doctors call the family to see Joe one last time. Both family’s came to the hospital, they all sit around his bed. Joe picks up his new grandson, Larry, and a tear falls from his eye. everybody tell him that they forgive him. And Joe died in peace.
