How to sit before play a guitar
If your posture and hand position are inappropriate or sloppy, it will work against you and take longer to learn. It is important to be comfortable when you play. Learning to sit, to play a chord or note correctly, to pick accurately, will go a long way towards developing some guitar playing skills.
Sit upright in an armless chair that has a moderately hard seat, a straight back, and a seat-to-floor height of about the height between your knee and the floor.
Slide back until your lower back or upper buttocks touch the back of the seat.
Make sure every part of your body is relaxed. Feel as if you are hanging off the top of your head by a thread hanging from the ceiling.
Spread your legs slightly apart and rest the guitar naturally on your lap with its back touching your chest and the curve of your body resting on your right leg (if left-handed on your left).

How to hold a guitar
The dominant hand is the one with which the strings are plucked, although lefties sometimes use a right-handed guitar and press the frets with their left hand to produce the sound of the guitar notes.
After positioning the snare on your right thigh, tilt the neck 45° and play your favorite styles. This way the frets will be more accessible than keeping the neck parallel to the ground.
Remember one thing: the less you hold the guitar, the easier it will be to play. To do this, you must learn to play with the back of the guitar touching your torso. Then you place the neck between your thumb and forefinger: the hand is not used to hold the guitar, but to press the six strings.
The guitar is only supported by the thighs and elbow of the dominant arm; the thumb of the non-dominant hand should remain behind the neck, and the other fingers are placed on the guitar strings. Thus, you will be able to print all the force necessary to play chord sequences.
Finally, our last piece of advice: it is essential to keep your back as straight as possible. If you lean in to see the frets, you will learn to play by adopting bad habits.
Strumming with right hand and fret placement with left
To play the guitar with your right hand you always have to have it “light”, make movements of your hand from top to bottom, nothing forced, while with your left hand, in several notes you have to put the hand curved, just like the fingers, I recommend that you always try to have curved fingers since for my part it is better to have them that way because you can move them more easily and change places easily. There are also several chords you have to move your hand in different ways.

Hand placement
After sitting down, with the right hand it is the hand with which you are going to play the strings from the bottom up, and with your left hand it is to put your fingers on the strings, with your fingers you can create chords (two or more different notes) , when you have a chord then you can play it.

TAB
Tab is a sheet that shows the type of note you have to play. Each tab has 6 horizontal lines that signify each string of the guitar. As I explained at the beginning, the lines refer to each string of the guitar, the first line that is at the bottom refers to the first siring of the guitar, the second line below is the second string of the guitar, and so on.
Normally in each line of this tab there are numbers, the numbers mean in which fret number you are going to put your finger.

How to play this easy song
for the first few notes, we can see that it’s a two on the second string, you’re going to place your finger on the 2nd fret on the 2nd string of a guitar and you’re just going to play that string, then you’re going to move your finger to the first string and since the number is a 0 it means that you don’t have to put it at all, just play that string once, then you’re going to return your finger to the second string but now on the 3rd fret, and play the string once, then After playing it, you return your finger to the first string of the guitar and since the number is 0, it continues without touching the fret and so on.
